How is studio time billed?
Billing is hourly with optional half-day and day-rate bundles. The meter starts at your booked time. Setup inside your booked window.
Can I bring my own engineer?
Yes. You can bring your own engineer or request one of ours. Assistant support is available for patching, session prep, and quick changeovers.
What is included with each studio?
Each room lists included microphones, monitoring, stands, and accessories. Essentials like power strips and fresh XLRs are always included.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 48 hours before your session for a full credit. Inside 48 hours, we credit 50% of reserved time. No-shows are not credited.
How quiet are the rooms?
Rooms are built to a whisper-quiet noise floor with floating floors and sealed doors. You can record soft passages without hiss or HVAC rumble.
Do you allow food and drinks?
Water with lids is fine in all rooms. Food is allowed in lounge areas only. Please keep liquids away from racks and consoles.
Is there parking or load-in help?
Yes. We have reserved load-in space and carts. Let us know if you need an extra hand, and we will schedule assistance.
What should I bring?
Bring your instruments, computer, and any session files. We provide cables, stands, and session templates if needed.
